Alleged molestor Michael Franco has jury trial scheduled for January 7 was vacated.
A motion for reasonable bail was scheduled to be heard today at trial assignment, December 4.
Since both Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads and Mr. Russ Clanton are in the middle of jury selection in the Mario Alexander case, motion for bail reduction was continued to January 10. Trial setting to January 24.
Franco is facing nine counts of alleged sexual acts involving a minor in Humboldt. He already has a prior conviction out of Los Angeles County for a sex offense involving minor.
