Justin Case Strauhal arraigned on 9 felony counts of sex with a minor

Incidents with two alleged victims include sex acts on mom's bed and at aunt's house.

Bail is $100,000.  He was arraigned on 1/2 and Deputy Public Defender David Celli has been assigned to his case. Motion for release waived without prejudice.
