Trial confirmation and receipt of a second doctor's report was scheduled for Clayton Lasinski this morning. Jury trial is scheduled for February 11 was vacated.
There was an oral motion to continue the hearing because the People do not expect Dr. Chamberlain's report until February 12; defense is also waiting on a report and Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee has another jury trial. Setting is scheduled for February 13.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal.
