Receipt of Dr. Chamberlain's report about Ewa Misztal was scheduled for October 4. The hearing was continued to October 12.
Just as Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo was saying in court, he had not received the report, it showed up in his email.
The Polish citizen pleaded guilty in February to two added counts; voluntary manslaughter as well as child endangerment and abuse. All the hearings since then have been to determine where Misztal will be sent or placed after sentencing.
