Dylan Wilson back from Napa State Hospital the second time, will this case ever resolve?

On August 2, Dylan Wilson was transported to Napa State Hospital for the second time. Yesterday, he was sent back and booked into the Humboldt County jail. This means Napa State is saying he is competent to stand trial.
A certificate of competency hearing is scheduled for October 10.

Wilson was arrested in 2016 for allegedly assaulting a 12 year old on her way to school in Arcata.

After the first time competency was restored, his case almost resolved with a plea. His family had an outburst in the courtroom, the plea was withdrawn. And Wilson ended up being evaluated and sent to Napa State for the second time.

The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield is representing Wilson.
