CONREP recommendation and medical evaluation was scheduled for Dylan Wilson on May 16. This is the second time criminal proceedings have been suspended for Wilson.
Based on that recomendation, Wilson will be ordered to take anti psychotic medications and receive competency treatment at a state hospital.
Wilson is charged with two felonies. Count 1 Forcible Lewd Act Upon a Child and Count 2 Assault with intent to commit a felony on a victim under 18; " intent to commit rape, sodomy and oral copulation" is alleged in the complaint.
