So how many more excuses and delays to my PRA request by the County of Humboldt ?

Sean, I need to get the documents first. I am not agreeing or responding to anything until I see what you provide. Your request is about something I have yet to receive. The PRA request was submitted on April 9.

Certain local media has no problem using my name when they want to insinuate and take jabs but how convenient that despite Judge Dale Reinholtsen mentioning I was the petitioner requesting the in camera documents to be released, more than once in court, Times-Standard and Lost Coast Outpost chose to leave my name out.

The County continues to drag out responding to my PRA request. Maybe buying time to file a court order to modify the gag order and release it to the rest of the press for something they didn't earn by putting in the work? I noticed the item. I put in the PRA. I did not even know then the pending litigation was related to the Cory Fisher case.

Judge Reinholtsen also said should that request to modify the gag order and release it to the press be filed, I get to offer input.

Or just delay the impact of what former correctional deputy, charged with sexual abuse and inapproppriate behavior of six male minor victims, is costing the taxpayer? In addition to taxayers footing his legal expenses?

As I pointed out in my last post, except for the last hearing, none of the other press covered the in camera documents issue before, they have not covered the pending lawsuit by the four inmates.

Judge Reinholtsen never mentioned redacting any information. He said the documents were not covered by the gag order. If information is redacted, what do I have to be sensitive about? Four adult inmates whose names are public in headlines, the agenda?

The claimants, all four adults in the pending litigation, had their name listed in a public agenda. The County has not responded to my request, which was made in  early April and used the gag order as an excuse. By now the claimants know about the request.

I knew and expected the ruling Judge Reinholtsen made.

All I wanted to know was the nature of the lawsuit and amount of damages. Ten days to respond to a PRA request and this keeps getting delayed.

The last time I cropped the signatures from the Karen Paz Dominguez letter at Sean Quincey's request, I didn't have to but I did.

Then the County then released the letter with the three names to the rest of the media.
