At intervention yesterday for Mexican citizen Hugo Parral-Aguirre on May 21, his preliminary scheduled was continued after an oral motion by the defense. People did not object. The date of May 23 was vacated.
Setting for a new date is scheduled for May 29. Time waiver
Aguirre is charged with attempted murder of a HCSO deputy and assault of a HCSO Sgt.
