Not much getting resolved at intervention in former correctional deputy Cory Fisher's case

Intervention for former correctional deputy Cory Fisher had been continued twice; the third time to May 14,  the fourth time to this afternoon and continued for the fifth time to 8:30 a.m. on Friday. That date is already scheduled for a ruling from Judge Dale Reinholtsen.

On Friday, Judge Reinholtsen is expected to rule whether certain documents can be released  that pertain to a  Public Records request I made to the County about pending litigation from four inmates.

Fisher's attorney, Deputy Conflict Counsel Joe Judge has been out, sick.Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O' Connell has been appearing in court on the case.

Fisher is charged with alleged molestation and inappropriate behavior with six minor male victims.
