Another arrest with multiple PC 288 charges

An arrest this evening on multiple PC 288 charges. Bail set at 1 million. That amount is for Michael Thomas Franco.

Michael Thomas Franco was arrested yesterday and booked on five felony counts. One alleged violation of PC 288.5 (a) and four counts of PC 288.7 (b) on a Ramey warrant.

    Seriously, we really really need to up the severity of punishment for this assault on the innocent. Too many young live are being impacted.....one is too many.
