Another continuance requested by defense to set date for Mark Dare's preliminary hearing
Setting for Mark Dare's jury trial was scheduled was continued to May 30. It was continued again at defense's request to July 16.
Dare is charged with molesting his two step-daughters.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer. Dare is represented by Public Defender Marek Reavis.
