A woman, a teenager and a child were killed and five others were injured in a multiple vehicle crash that shut down all lanes on northbound Interstate Highway 880 Freeway near Fremont.
Dang Nguyen Hai Tran, 21, of San Jose, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of marijuana.
