Maxx Robison who is charged with murder gets Clanton Law Office appointed to represent him

Setting of jury trial and possible determination of conflict in murder suspect Maxx Robison's jury trial was scheduled for May 23. It was continued to today. Trial setting is May 30.



Public Defender declared a conflict. Conflict Counsel also had a conflict. Court appointed Law Offices of Russ Clanton for Robison.

Robison is charged with the murder of Rhianna McKenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell .
