According to several media reports, Harvey Weinstein is expected to surrender to NYPD on Friday morning.
He will be arraigned on charges with first degree rape and third degree rape of one woman as well as first degree criminal sex act; forcing another woman to perform oral sex on him.
The Manhattan D.A.'s office has not confirmed if charges will be filed and Weinstein's attorney, Benjamin Brafman declined to comment whether his client would turn himself in to authorities.
