Dr. Ramirez's evaluation was scheduled for Wesley Starritt on May 23. The attorneys received copies of the report. Hearing was continued to May 24 by stipulation. Starritt was found not competent to stand trial.
A CONREP recommendation and anti psychotic medication evaluation is scheduled for June 14.
