Judge overturns California physician assisted suicide law



Riverside Superior Court Judge Daniel A.  Ottolia overturned California's physician-assisted suicide law today. The state attorney general has five days to file an appeal to keep the law in place.

    Come on California you can give sanctuary to felons but you can't give comfort to the dying?
