Trial confirmation was scheduled on August 15 for alleged molestor Seng Yang. Trial confirmation was continued to August 16.
Jury trial is scheduled for August 27 confirmed.
The District Attorney's office made an offer of 39 years. Defense rejected that offer.
Seng Yang is charged with 16 counts twhich include forcible rape of Jane Doe (his own daughter) and exhibiting a minor in pornography.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting this case. Public Defender Marek Reavis is representing Yang.
