Driver with Ford Explorer who led CHP on a chase that finally ended near Scotia identified as Sharon Annay (spelling of last name phonetic) DOB 9-(not typing in day of the month) 1953. Possibly missing, at risk out of Belmont. According to dispatch information, has dementia and was involved in previous pursuit on the Golden Gate bridge. No warrants.
