No charges filed yet against the 18 year old that allegedly ran people down outside St. Vincent De Paul

A bond status hearing for Joshua Spaulding was originally scheduled for 1:30 on November 8. Even Spaulding, himself showed up to check on the status of his case around 1:20 p.m.

That case is still pending to see if charges will be filed.
