According to the police report, they are not supposed to associate with each other but they did."

Sometimes waiting around on the second floor pays off.

The two Fortuna High School teens arrested last week are probably being arraigned this afternoon.

Due to them being juveniles, except for specfic charges, arraignment is closed.

No information is available through computer court records for the same reason.

District Attorney Maggie Fleming and Deputy District Attorney Jessica Watson met with the probation officer. Public Defender Ms. Joann Carter joined them later, briefly.

A conference room door was initially ajar, accidentally, while the Probation office was on the phone until Ms. Fleming arrived and closed it.

I was waiting to see if I could attend the arraignment. I overheard this, "According to the police report, they are not supposed to associate with each other but they did."

Courtroom 7 was closed. All the attorneys and Probation were waiting outside. Judge Christopher Wilson is the Judge in Courtroom 7.

No other media was present. Cannot get any comment on a closed hearing.
