Fortuna teens could be arraigned as early as tomorrow

Fortuna Police Department was at the Humboldt County Courthouse minutes ago getting another search warrant signed. in the case if the teens recently arrested for allegedly wanting to commit "an act of violence", according to FPD, at the high school rally.

There is a strong possibility that the teens will be arraigned tomorrow at the Courthouse, not juvenile hall.

Since they are minors, the arraignment should be closed.

Depending on the charges, this one could be open. DA Maggie Fleming said, "Unless a minor is being arraigned on a W& I 707 (b) violation the arraignment is closed."
