Black powder found in locker room of Fortuna High school by a student

Reports of black powder found in locker room by a student. Fortuna Police have powder. The powder was charcol.

 J.V. and Q D. are the initials of the teens in juvenile hall Q. D is the  one nicknamed school shooter.

Heavy police presence at school again today. The juveniles are still in custody.

Charges have not been filed yet by tge District Attorney's office.
