EPD responding to reports of a stolen Honda on 1100 block of A Street

Eureka Police and medical are enroute to the 1100 block of A St for a report of subject who has allegedly stolen a black Honda and allegedly  ran into a pedestrian.


EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell responded to my inquiry:

"At 12:04 p.m., we received a call from a mother stating her 33 year old son took her vehicle without permission after they were in an argument.  The son then reportedly hit a male with the vehicle in the alley to the rear of the residence on the 1100 block of A Street.  Injuries do not sound to be serious. 

A Sergeant just located the vehicle unoccupied at a motel on the 1900 block of Broadway.  This incident is still under investigation.   "
