Jury trial vacated for Jesus Garcia homicide; rescheduled for October

The trial date for the three suspects in the Jesus Garcia homicide was reset this morning. The July 17 date was vacated.

Trial confirmation rescheduled for September 19. Jury trial scheduled October 23.
