Back in December 2016, this was a statement prepared by HCSO Deputy Scott Aponte. I have cropped the original document as it listed the alleged victim's residence.
Joshua David Grow was arrested by HCSO for PC 288(c) (1) on January 23, 2017 at 9 p.m. Arraignment was 2/24. Grow entered a not guilty plea.
According to the person who spoke with me today, and knows both parties, Grow is not in custody and bailed out on January 24 with a 35,000 bail bond. Attorney is Benjamin Okin.
Besides the PCC 288 charge, there are other charges forthcoming but I will report on those, once they are filed.
According to the person, I spoke to today, there is a special hearing set with the state attorney general to request that Grow's contractor's license is suspended.
The person said that guns and a laptop cell phone were confiscated from Grow's residence. The business Grow is associated with is Grow Insulation.
A couple of people contacted me about this case. One of them had forwarded information to LOCO, a couple months ago and never heard back or saw an article. "A bunch of us are scratching their heads about that."
