Jay Parkkari so far, has been undeterred in his delusion and besides harassing Fifth District Supervisor Ryan Sundberg, he has also been trying the same tactics on Fourth District Supervisor Virginia Bass, Eureka Mayor Frank Jager and Eureka Police Chief Andy Mills.

Interesting. Through a friend some years ago I heard of an organization called the Jural Society. The discussion had to do with someone's legal right to use the common roads for personal purposes such as going to and from church and for agricultural activities.

I don't have specific information but I seem to remember they were also basing things upon English Common Law which had been the basis of later US laws.
