Both father and son, Olivio Jr and Olivio III rack up other charges while in jail

Joe Olivio III, one of the four suspects in the Jesus Garcia, and the youngest, has his 2016 case along scheduled along with a 2017 case this morning at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 2.


This was a disposition/reset hearing for his 2017 case in which he is charged in Count 2, with a misdemeanor, Resist/Obstruct/Delay Peace Officer. His co-defendant for this count is his dad, Joe Olivio III. Both are alleged to have obstructed Correctional Deputies Dyar and Crock from carrying out their duties.

Olivio III is represented by Ms. Anakalia 'Andrea" Kaluna Sullivan.

Only Olivio, Jr. is charged with Count 1, a felony, Resisting an Executive Officer, Correctional Deputy Johnson.

Dates for the 2017 case for both, currently set at the same time as the 2016 case. Both Olivio Jr and Olivio III were arraigned on May 3.
