Heidmann and Wright headed to prison; we will never know if the crazy white boy allegation is true

Benjamin Heidmann and Konnor Wright headed to prison. Heidmann got 13 years; Wright 7 years.



They were set to have a jury trial in May 8, they plead out on May 5 during trial assignment. Heidmann got sentenced on May 9. Wright got sentenced on May 15.

Count 1: attempted, willful deliberate, premeditated murder with a special allegation that they "personally used firearms"; rifles, causing this to be a serious and violent felony.

Count 2 assault with a semi-automatic firearm, also a felony.

Count 3 Shooting at an inhabited dwelling. If they are convicted of this charge, there is minimal jail time.

The special allegation in Count 3 only applies to Heidmann, that he wore a body vest in the commission of the offense alleged in Count 3.

Alleged victim is Daniel Anthony Siegl.

Count 1 attempted murder chargevwas dropped. They plead to Count 2 and 3 with the special allegation that they personally used a firearm in the commission of the crime.
