Update: As of May 25 at noon, no report had been filed with the DA's office. Whitlock must be arraigned by May 26 or she will be released from custody.

On Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at about 1600 hours, The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 500 block of Herrick Ave in Eureka for a report of a disturbance. It was reported a male subject had been stabbed.
Once on scene, Deputies determined a domestic dispute had occurred between a female and male subject. During the altercation the female stabbed the male with a kitchen knife. The male sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The female suspect was identified as Kimberly Ann Whitlock, age 36 of Eureka.
Whitlock was later booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility (HCCF) for assault with a deadly weapon, inflicting corporal injury on a spouse and probation violation. Whitlock’s bail was set at $50,000.

ReplyDeleteIf charges are filed, and the alleged victim is identified in the complaint, I may have that answer for you. She was just arrested yesterday and no charges have been filed, as of this morning.

it wasn't shawn, it was a guy she rented a room from, he was always making passes at her, she just got fed up
