Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads has been very careful when she shows photos to witnesses. This afternoon, she was showing a photo of Faith's legs to Kitchen's attorney, Mr. Patrik Griego.
The courtroom has been packed. Kiya Kitchen and Faith Tsarnas family were seated on all the rows on the right side of the courtroom, which is behind the defense attorneys. The other side already had a few Marci Kitchen supporters seated the first day, so this was not intentional.
A little glimpse of the photo was visible to some in the front row. A woman turned her head away and another woman comforted a lady, I have seen in tears. I think she is Faith's mom.
