On Friday, 1/2/26, in the State of California vs St. Joseph Health Northern California, LLC; Does 1-10, the State has filed a stipulation regarding the People's preliminary injunction and proposed order. Humboldt Presiding Judge Timothy Canning has not yet signed the order since it was just filed.
Anna Nusslock and Roe have waived their privacy rights over medical records and information contained in the motion, the reply, the declarations and depositions. There are a few exceptions that you can read later yourself. The documents pertain only to documents for the December 10, 2025 hearing.
