Just walked up on CSET at 3rd and J. EPD Sgt. Brian Ross just put the individual in the car but the individual was not taken to the jail. EPD Officer Huffman is gping through the belongings in the cart. I saw a bottlein a brown paper bag that looked like alcohol.
