Yesterday, defense continued trial setting for double homicide suspect Russell Albers to 3/14. Retired Judge Christopher Wilson gave subpoenaed records from Mad River Hospital to Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal and Deputy Public Defender David Nims.
3/14: Trial confirmation on 8/28; jury trial on 9/16. Six to eight weeks time estimate.
8/28: Instead of trial confirmation, hearing was changed to trial setting. 9/16 date vacated. Readiness conference on 4/8/25; jury trial on 4/21/25. Time estimate 6 weeks.
