Local attorney Callie Buck was arrested in November 2023 for allegedly attacking hubby with knife, bow and arrow and disconnecting a phone line. She posted bond.
Buck was arrested again in December 2023 for driving under the influence of DUI and drugs. She was released on OR. The DA's office has yet to file criminal charges for either arrest.
On 12/21/2023 Michelle Smith filed a civil lawsuit against Buck. There is a case management conference scheduled for 4/19. Smith is represented by the Wilshire Law Firm in Los Angeles. Smith is suing Buck for medical expenses, wage loss, pain and suffering and emotional distress. The alleged incident took place in August 2023.
