51 year old Frank Walter Callaway was arrested by Fortuna Police Department yesterday on an arrest warrant for PC 311.11(a) possession of child pornography which was issued on 1/10. Callaway posted bond. The DA has charged him with that one count. Arraignment is on 2/15.
In addition to the 2024 criminal case, Callaway has one family law case and one family support case from 2002 which is still listed as open in the Humboldt court system.
Just in a week, I have reported on two others arrested on the same charge.
2/15: 977 waiver filed at arraignment. Mr. Michael Robinson is Callaway's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm appeared on the case for the People. Preliminary hearing is 5/16.
