Arraignment for "Chicago John" and ""KGB was scheduled for this afternoon. One proceeded; one was continued until tomorrow.
Public Defender appointed for Nicholas Machado aka "KGB". DA requested no bail status remain. Judge Lawrence Killoran granted that based on the arrest warrant. That may change at Machado's OR/bail hearing which is scheduled for 1/25; preliminary hearing 2/1.
I was correct about who might represent Uonan Uonan aka "Chicago John". Off record discussion with Ms. Cyndy Day Wilson; his arraignment continued until tomorrow. No bail status remains.
1/24: Uonan has retained Mr. Mark Joseph Reichel. Law enforcement filed an order on 1/24 to request source of bail 1275.1. OR/bail hearing which is scheduled for 1/25; preliminary hearing 2/1.
