Rex like his buddy Kreis appeared on Zoom from his office. It was Gerald McGuire vs Rex Bohn. No Gordon at tonight's KMUD forum. I checked with Lauren Schmitt and she said, "Unfortunately, he called in sick a few hours prior."
For someone running for the first time, McGuire made some statements that will resonate with most people struggling in Humboldt and these hardships are due to the poor and selfish leadership of the good ole boys and gals who back career politicians and insiders like Rex. For a seasoned pro, Rex was pathetic. He was there rattling off what sounded like a list of the usual boring BOS agenda items. Rex, you are not clueless; you like your buddies just don't care that others suffer.
