Northern California Pet Supply and Grooming co-owner Jennifer Wrask's case was on for setting of preliminary hearing or possible resolution yesterday. Wrask resolved her case. Wrask was booked after her court hearing and released.
The People accepted the defense offer and Wrask pleaded guilty to Count 2 PC 503 as a misdemeanor. Count 1 was dismissed. Restitution according to settlement agreement. Retired Judge Christopher Wilson sentenced Wrask to 1 day in jail with credit for time served.
