48 year old Corey James Moore was arrested by Arcata Police Department today on the Ramey warrant for PC 311.11 (a), possession of child pornography.
Moore is scheduled to be arraigned on 1/17. The DA has charged him with PC 311.11 (a), possession of child pornography.
1/17: Moore arraigned, Public Defender's office appointed, bail set at $25,000. OR/bail on 1/19; preliminary hearing on 1/29.
1/19: Supervised release granted by Judge Lawrence Killoran.
1/29: Defense request for continuance granted by Judge Joyce Hinrichs. Preliminary rescheduled to 4/10.
4/10: Once again, defense oral motion to continue preliminary hearing granted by Judge Hinrichs. People wanted written notice but submitted on the motion. Defense wants to obtain an expert. New date is 6/5.
