Melissa Sherrill and her co-defendant Jermey Harris were sentenced on 1/17/24. Both resolved their cases with pleas on 12/19/2023.
One of the alleged victims contacted me today after receiving a letter from the DA about restitution. In the complaint, there is no charge included for the Scotia Inn. Owner Jon O'Connor told me Sherrill never worked there.
