There is still time for challengers if they want to take on incumbent Humboldt Judge Gregory Kreis who has one official challenger, Ms. April Van Dyke. Someone can also chose to be a write in candidate against the other incumbent Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran.

All those people calling elections now about write ins, why didn't you step up and declare your candidacy against Kreis or Killoran earlier?
For those who either do not read the information and codes in detail, check out links for requirements, I sent an email on January 8 to Humboldt County Clerk, Recorder and Registrar of Voters to clarify what is required for "write in candidates for primary and general election and if there is different criteria for judicial and non judicial candidates?"
