Trial confirmation scheduled for Sean Allman yesterday was rescheduled for June 22. Jury trial on March 28 was vacated. Jury trial was reset for July 25.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Ben Okin is Allman's attorney.
Allman is charged with Count 1 Terrorizing or Obstructing Exercise of Religion. Count 2 is Criminal Threats. Both counts pertain to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.
