Miya Ponsetto, the California woman accused of assaulting a black teenager at a SoHo hotel after falsely accusing him of stealing her phone, resisted arrest.
She kept driving when Ventura County deputies tried to stop her near her home, according to the New York Post.
“She tried to slam the door on one of the deputies and that’s when they just reached in and forcibly removed her,” said Captain Eric Buschow.
After the viral video of the alleged assault, she had a chance to present her side and lost it during interview with CBS' Gayle King.
Ponsetto's behavior reminds me to Humboldt's PG & E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich.
