These are all the cases for Sai Rose in California's First District Apellate Court. Most of them have been dismissed and denied.
Rose did win one appeal. Rose now has a lawyer, Shanmon Wilhite and he still has current cases in Humboldt Superior Court. I was following up on his cases and learned of this outcome.
Rose was declared a vexatious litigant. Humboldt Superior Court Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis has a restraining order against him.
Last year, Judge Elvine-Kreis recused himself from Rose's custody case, which at that time was ongoing. With no access to e court right now, no in person access to the court clerk's office and limited access to information in family law cases, I have no idea if the appeal Rose won applies to the same custody case mentioned at the restraining order hearing.
