Humboldt Superior Court Clerk’s lobby service closed due to COVID 19 until further notice

Pursuant to Judicial Administrative Order No. 2021-002, the Humboldt Superior Court Clerk’s Office Lobby remains closed for walk-in service until further notice. 

Documents can be filed in the drop box located next to the Clerk’s Office on “I” Street or be sent by mail either to 421 “I” Street, Eureka, CA 95501, or 825 5th Street, Eureka, CA 95501. 

Clerk’s Office staff continues to be available via phone at (707)445-7256 and email and will continue to process all filings within statutory guidelines.
