Preliminary hearing for murder suspect Daniella Moore was scheduled for today. The preliminary hearing was set in error. The request had been for trial setting today.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Moore's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for this case.
In the initial call, Mr. Russo asked Moore be "brought down" to appear in court. He told Judge Kaleb Cockrum, "I don't believe it will proceed."
Attorneys only received one doctor's report. The other report by Dr. Mikel Matto is expected. The Court did not even have the report from Dr. Erick Hung.
Further setting is scheduled for February 23. This was a joint request by the People and defense.
