The "Kraken" motion to dismiss the Georgia election lawsuit

After a motion to dismiss today by Sidney Powell and others in the lawsuit, the failed attempt to overturn the Georgia election results is over.

A U.S. district judge dismissed the case last month. Powell appealed to the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, last week, the Court of Appeals notified Powell that she had not been admitted to practice law in the 11th Circuit. Unless she applied to be admitted, her motions would be stricken and treated as if they had never been filed.
