Setting of preliminary hearing for Nicholas Hedrick aka "Stayn" was scheduled for December 3. It was continued to January 21 and continued again to March 2.
Amount of restitution is the only issue that has been holding up a resolution in the case.
Mr. Patrik Griego is Hedrick's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case. On January 21, Deputy DA Kimberly Beatty appeared for the People and asked for a continuance.
