Sexually violent predator Joshua Cooley had an evidentiary hearing and public comment from Sacramento County scheduled this morning.
There was an ex parte request for a motion to continue today's hearing by defense. It was denied by Judge Feeney.
Sacramento placement was denied. Judge Feeney told CONREP to look for other placements and Humboldt is back in the picture.
The next court hearing is on February 26.
