Jury trial confirmed today. Defense will provide an expert report to the People once it is completed.
On October 27, 2020, alleged rapist Joseph Hall had a trial setting hearing.
Trial confirmation was scheduled for today and jury trial for March 1. Further trial confirmation is scheduled for February 16.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian is Hall's attorney.
Hall was not present today since he has a 977 waiver on file.
